A chain of fractal burning flowers.

Considering the amount of faves on this piece ever since it's been uploaded (maybe more than 50% of the total faves i recieved ever since), i have been thinking about typing some fact facts about this crappy piece.

Before faving, please read:


1st - it took me 5 minutes to do and about 10 minutes to render;

2nd - it has been made without the slightest least of care about whatever might be related to imagery or image composition;

3rd - it has only three layers (obvious isn't it?) which means that depth or third dimension on piece is completely inexistent not to say that the central point of the image is empty;

4th - color/gradient is default in every layer (only opacity mode changes in 1 of them) - there is no exact variation apart from that layer;

5th - due to what is explained on "3rd" and on "4th", the number of colors is very few, which leaves much to be desired.

6th - due to the lack of color (which was the result of my lack of imagination that night), the tittle was way too easy as well since there is no special meaning or a certain message beyond the image.

7th - The last but not the least: most of you out there might be thinking that cropping a fractal is jst as simple as a photo but when you try it (those who had) you see it is maybe the hardest part of fractal art. I didn't even care about cropping this piece the right way so that those rays on the top and some of the flowers would not appear in halves.

So, and after all this, there's no wonder i don't like this piece at all. I think sould scrap it away.

Plus: senior deviants like gallery directors have already faved pieces like this: [link] - which is very pleasing for me. It makes feel that there is someone who really understands what it takes to make a fractal look good (in the whole meaning of it) and fnny enough it was the only one i could not crop at all without losing parts of its elements.
